Facelift and Necklift Case #1756

This patient wanted to improve her facial sagging and wrinkles. She thought the wrinkles especially made her look older than she was.She underwent a facelift with CO2 laser resurfacing at the same time and was thrilled with her results. The facelift addressed the sagging neck and jowls while the CO2 laser addressed the wrinkles.This case shows the importance of targeting each problem in the face with a specific modality that will cause a noticeable improvement.Simply performing a facelift would not have corrected the wrinkles and only using the CO2 laser would not have lifted her neck and jowls. In this case, the combination procedure was perfect for her.
