Can a cookie really make my breasts bigger?

It’s summertime, which means bathing suit season. Do you look down and wish you had something more to flaunt at the pool or beach?

Bigger breasts are a common desire for women, and some will go to great lengths to get the figure they’ve always wanted. And now there is a Japanese import that claims it can increase breast size simply by eating a cookie.

F Cup Cookies claim to be a natural breast enhancement product from Japan that will increase the size of a woman’s breasts. The cookies contain 50 milligrams of Pueraria Mirifica, also known as Kwao Krua. The plant is found in Thailand and Myanmar.

The supplement has been touted by cosmetic companies as an all-natural answer to not only increase breast size without cosmetic surgery, but also to improve hair growth, increase appetite and several others. Companies promote the plant’s phytoestrogens, isoflavones and various fatty acids and plant sterols as the answer to small breasts.

Women who use the supplement are told they will experience breast enlargement and breast firmness with regular use.

“Quite frankly, we don’t advise the use of supplements such as these,” says Dr. Shain Cuber, a top plastic surgeon who regularly performs breast augmentations. “While companies spout amazing benefits without side effects or the inconvenience of surgery, oftentimes these are overstated. Typically, there is very little, if any, scientific study used to determine if these products work and if they are safe. And many of them may cause interactions with other medications patients may take. Just because it is an all-natural alternative, that doesn’t automatically make it safe.”

While estrogen does play an important role in breast growth, non-human forms of estrogen, even in more concentrated doses, have not been found to have an effect on the size of a woman’s bust line.

The only sure, and safe, way to increase your breast size is through breast augmentation with a reputable and experienced surgeon.
